What would you like other EcoMom Alliance members to know about you ...: I have been active in environmental education since the early 90s. This interest has followed me to Mexico, Ecuador, Connecticut and Florida. My current passions include environmental education, music, art and children's literature. I am especially interested in plastics - the amount that ends up in our oceans - and how to produce less of it - and alternatives - our youngest child is now 20 - I would like her to think that we can consume less resources and produce less trash. My favorite book is Last Child in the Woods. I also adore Ferngully (The Movie and soundtrack) , The Great Kapok Tree, The Lorax and A Tree Is Nice.
