- Actually I am an Eco-Aunt trying to educate my niece and nephew about a healthy lifestyle.

- What is your favorite tip for finding "me time"?
- Be very careful and educate yourselves about Indoor Air Quality and choose materials that do not off-gas toxic chemicals.
Other alternatives than urea-formaldehyde, which is a carcinogen and can cause respiratory problems, are available.
