I am an Eco Mom in the making, with all the typical feelings of being overwhelmed, eager, and excited at the same time. What is your favorite tip for finding "me time"?
Whenever I can possibly make it happen, even if it means going to sleep at 3am, or waking up at 7am...Even though I love my special time with my kids, my alone time is more valuable than I ever would have imagined.
