What would you like other EcoMom Alliance members to know about you ...: I'm "Mommy" to two, a licensed martial and family therapist specializing in the transition to parenthood and a holistic lifestyle expert. I work along side my own amazing mom, Lynn Colwell, with whom I co-own a business, The Green Year, LLC. Together, we wrote the book, "Celebrate Green! Creating Eco-Savvy Holidays, Celebrations & Traditions for the Whole Family." We also founded the Green Halloween initiative. Our passion? Putting the MEANING in the greening. I'm thrilled to be part of this circle of EcoMoms!

What is your favorite tip for finding "me time"?: Never use wrapping paper made from virgin trees. Wrapping in reusable cloth or hiding gifts (sans wrap) is much more fun!
