Comment by Sue Taylor on June 21, 2012 at 3:02pm: I am on my way! I have eliminated everything with sugar, corn syrup etc. from my diet. This has been a challenge in itself. It is not because of deprivation, it just amazing how many foods include some form of sugar as an ingredient. I am starting to exercise at least 15 minutes every other day too.
